Mission
Our mission is to develop a comprehensive and economically sustainable program of recycling of our material goods such that our ideals foster responsible ecological stewardship of our environment in McKean County not just for the 21st Century but stimulates a standard for the millennium.

Goals
To make recycling convenient and easy for McKean citizens
To provide a wide array of recycling options
To conduct ongoing education and outreach
To develop financial incentives for recycling
To work toward the creation of a sustainable loop of recycling markets within the boundaries of McKean County

To be responsive to the public need and facilitate cooperative  efforts in recycling opportunities
