As part of our commitment to provide citizens with convenient service, the McKean County Tax Claim Bureau has partnered with Value Payment Systems to offer payment of taxes and costs on-line. Value Payment Systems, the service provider, charges a nominal fee for this service which is not retained by the County of McKean.
On-line Per Transaction Fee:
MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards 2.75%
MasterCard and Discover debit cards 2.75%
Visa Debit $3.95
Minimum convenience fee $2.00
To pay delinquent real estate taxes or delinquent County per capita taxes on line please follow these steps:
1. Have your 9 digit web ID ready. You will find this number on your notices from the Tax Claim Bureau or call the office at (814) 887-3230 for your web ID number.

3. Follow the instructions to make your payment. A receipt may be printed at the conclusion of your transaction.
Your payment will be credited to your account in the Tax Claim Office the following business day.
