Description:
The Vradford Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) began construction of a quality, 350 acre industrial park during the summer of 2002. This facility is within one mile of the US Route 219 Kendall Avenue interchange, and within ten miles of Interstate 86. The industrial park will be the focus of economic development efforts in the Bradford area for the immediate future. Phase I consists of three sites of 13.2 acres, 12.9 acres and 7.3 acres. In addition, once Phase I is completed, approximately 200 acres of developable land will be available for Phase II and Phase III of the industrial park project. The entire 350-acre industrial park is located in a state approved Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). KOZ sites are eligible for tax abatements until at least the end of 2013.
